Like her sire, Elsa is a superb working canine that imparts everything she is to her progeny. Elsa is a grandaughter of the great Grim z Pohranicni Straze and is typical Grim progeny in her hardness, overall drive and stability in all environments. Elsa's damline is comprised of old Dutch bloodlines, with several certified KNVP service K9s in her pedigree.

Elsa was bred from one of the first litters sired by Xero in the United States. She is a large, powerful female with classic German Shepherd expression, beautiful head type and substantial boning and structure. She is a dominant and highly territorial female that actively defends her handler and property when there is a need to do so. Elsa has pronounced retrieve and prey drive, a deep natural nose, and a high degree of loyalty to her handler and family with a particular affinity to children, and she is utterly joyful in her interactions with them.
By far her most distinguishing characteristic is her superior canine intelligence. She is a true problem solver who will not not allow any impediment to the completion of her job, tryng solution after solution until she has achieved her objective. Like her half sister Eeve, she is gifted with a great intuitive intelligence that was once common in working dogs but is now almost a rarity. Elsa is highly trainable with a great desire to please her handler. She was titled to SchH 3 at age 2, having earned high obedience and high protection scores in the process.
Elsa's progeny are serious and driven working dogs with highly versatile temperament type. Her progeny are in high level sport, personal protection, personal assistance for the blind, search and rescue, police service work and home and personal property protection. Several of her female progeny have gone to other breeding programs in the Unted States to serve as foundation stock. Her progeny are uniformly robust in body structure with excellent structural integrity. They are highly inteligent and trainable, with a true dedication to the work in all three phases.
